badbet Terms & Conditions

CLAUSE 1

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the badbet website accessible at badbet.pro and any associated mobile web applications.
• "Services" means all gambling, betting, gaming, and ancillary services made available through the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual user account opened by a registered member of the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the internal balance held within a User's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or match bonus amounts credited to a User's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Funds" means deposits made by the User from their own personal financial accounts via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or other accepted payment channels.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or entry placed by a User using Real Funds or Bonus Funds on any game or sporting event offered on the Platform.

References to "including" shall be interpreted as "including without limitation". Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

CLAUSE 2

2.1  You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the Services. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older.

2.2  Registration is open to individuals who are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of use. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.3  You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. badbet reserves the right to request documentary evidence (national ID card, passport, utility bill, bank statement, or bKash/Nagad account confirmation) to verify your identity, age, and payment methods at any time.

2.4  You may hold only one Account. If duplicate accounts are discovered, badbet will close all but the earliest registered account, void any pending wagers across the duplicate accounts, and may retain any balances held in the duplicate accounts as a penalty for breach.

2.5  badbet reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

CLAUSE 3

3.1  You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.

3.2  You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

3.3  badbet may suspend your Account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that your Account security has been compromised, that fraudulent activity is occurring, or that these Terms are being breached.

3.4  You must not allow any other individual to use your Account to place wagers, deposit funds, or withdraw winnings. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

3.5  We strongly recommend enabling all available account security features, including any two-factor authentication options made available on the Platform.

CLAUSE 4

4.1  badbet accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Accepted methods may change without prior notice.

4.2  All deposits are credited to your Wallet in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) at the displayed rate. No foreign currency conversion fees are applied on Taka-denominated deposits.

4.3  Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method and account tier.

4.4  You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from bKash or Nagad accounts registered to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of deposited amounts.

4.5  badbet reserves the right to decline any deposit, reverse a credited deposit, or request verification before processing if fraud indicators are detected.

CLAUSE 5

5.1  Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.

5.2  badbet targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket transfers under standard conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, during network maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

5.3  Prior to any withdrawal, badbet may require you to complete identity and source-of-funds verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined.

5.4  Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be deducted from your balance prior to withdrawal processing.

5.5  badbet reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, or per calendar month. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.

5.6  Any withdrawal made following suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or system exploitation may be frozen and subject to a full audit before release.

CLAUSE 6

6.1  badbet offers various promotional bonuses including welcome match bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which supplement and are read together with these Terms.

6.2  Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Funds and are drawn upon first when wagering.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds expire 7 days after crediting unless a different expiry period is stated.
• Maximum withdrawal from Bonus Funds may be capped at a stated multiple of the original bonus amount.

6.4  Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing wagers to guarantee a return, or employing low-risk wagering patterns inconsistent with genuine play — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account closure.

CLAUSE 7

7.1  All casino game outcomes on badbet are determined by certified random number generators operated by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. badbet does not manipulate outcomes.

7.2  Sports betting odds are set by badbet's trading team and may change at any time prior to a wager being confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted and confirmed are the odds that apply.

7.3  badbet reserves the right to void any wager in the following circumstances:

• Obvious pricing error by the odds compiler.
• The event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start.
• Evidence of match fixing, spot fixing, or corruption affecting the outcome.
• Technical error that caused an incorrect game result to be recorded.

7.4  In-play bets are accepted subject to available market liquidity. badbet may suspend in-play markets without notice.

7.5  Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. Current limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface.

CLAUSE 8

CLAUSE 9

9.1  All content on the badbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, software, data compilations, and game assets — is the property of badbet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission.

9.3  Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used by badbet under licence.

CLAUSE 10

10.1  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, badbet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to Service resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your use of a payment method not registered in your own name.

10.2  badbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform, however caused, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3  Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit badbet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

CLAUSE 11

11.1  You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Funds balance remaining in your Wallet (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

11.2  badbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, withhold balances pending investigation, and void outstanding wagers if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or abuse of our systems.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• A court order or regulatory instruction requires us to do so.

11.3  Following permanent closure, you will not be permitted to re-register on the Platform under any identity.

12.1  badbet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

12.2  By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and marketing communications (where separately consented to).

12.3  badbet employs 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

CLAUSE 13

13.1  badbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

CLAUSE 14

14.1  These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined below.

14.4  badbet makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside Bangladesh, and access from other jurisdictions is at the User's own risk and responsibility.
